Pamela Miles 4/25/2019 4:43 PMOur lung health is affected by air quality. As a nurse I work with people who have difficulty breathing especially if the air quality is poor. This prevents them from experiencing a quality life style in the great outdoors. -

Re education that our body does not require Meat as our protein....there are many other sources of protein. -
Pamela Miles 4/03/2019 10:24 AMI planted 4 fruit trees and 6 shade and nut trees this past weekend. I used compost and mulch to enrich the soil and it looks beautiful.
I am excited to share the future benefits theses trees will provide for my family and generations to come.
