Gourav Mishra 4/04/2019 11:09 AMYes, I do have a connection with farmland. Whenever I go there I get a feeling of regret . Our farmers are putting in so much of efforts in getting us the food that we are eventually wasting like anything. -

While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this.
