    It was easy buying product that are good for the environment. It just takes a few more minutes when shopping to pay more attention to product labels.

    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

    Number one benefit for me eating smaller portions from smaller plates is of course watching my diet and weight, so staying healthier overall.

    Changing the light bulbs will not only save energy but also money on my electric bill. Next I will install motion sensor for my outdoor/ night light.
