REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterials Recycle Everything I CanHow could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?
Jen O'Connor 4/14/2019 10:25 AMI am trying to use larger tubs of yogurt and placing them in reusable containers for work rather than buy the single serve cups. In my kids' lunch boxes, they have reusable containers for sandwiches and snacks rather than aluminum foil and ziploc bags. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterials Go PaperlessWhat do you want to prioritize over material 'stuff' in your own life?
Jen O'Connor 4/08/2019 6:44 AMQuality time with my family is more important to me than anything else so I guess that's what I prioritize! -
Jen O'Connor 4/05/2019 8:19 AMI observe meatless Fridays during Lent so it was an easy challenge to complete. I am going to try to keep it going after Lent is over since it will be somewhat of a habit by then. -
Jen O'Connor 4/04/2019 7:40 AMI am going to make town officials aware of the condition of the sidewalks along Depot Rd. They are narrow and uneven and it is dangerous to walk so often people end up walking on the road. I often see mothers with strollers walking in the road to avoid the uneven sidewalks that are overgrown as well. Repairing these sidewalks will allow people to access stores and other services safely on foot.
