REFLECTION QUESTIONTransport Use Public TransitHow has your access to various kinds of transporation throughout your life influenced your current attitudes about transportation and your transportation behavior?
Gala Or 4/25/2019 9:37 AMA lot, because the access we have to public transportation may transform the life we have, for bad or for good. If a bus, for example,is uncomfortable or doesn’t go to the place you need, then maybe you’ll be obligated to use a car and to pollute more. That’s why it’s so important to ensure the access to these type of transportation -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransport Try CarpoolingList some of the places you frequent often (work, grocery store, natural areas). Could you choose one or two days a week to schedule driving with a friend, neighbor or co-worker to these places?
Gala Or 4/24/2019 4:26 AMYes, I’ve been doing it since last semester with a friend to go to school because we live very close :) -

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Keep Track of Wasted FoodAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Where would you rather use this money?
Gala Or 4/23/2019 9:18 PMIt is amazing the big amount of resources (not only economic though) that are being wasted each day, not only in USA, but also in my country, Mexico. And answering to the question, I would rather use this money saving it for any experience I would like to have (for example traveling) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWomen and Girls Support Women-Owned BusinessesGlobally, women typically invest a higher proportion of their earnings in their families and communities than men. How can you better support communities by supporting women? Can you share any past experiences that may help others take action?
Gala Or 4/23/2019 9:15 PMTo improve this situation I can look for business run by women in order to support them and to buy there the products I may need.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood CompostingProducing food that goes uneaten squanders many resources—seeds, water, energy, land, fertilizer, hours of labor, financial capital. Which of these kinds of waste most motivates you to change your behavior regarding food waste? Why?
