    I did not know that "use by" and "best by" were essentially the same; I had thought that "use by" was the only label that did signal a spoilage concern.

    I grew up in Chicago, so my default thought is to take the bus somewhere. I am far less intimidated by learning new transit systems. I hate driving cars. I have learned this is thoroughly uncommon where I live now.
