Planning 3 to 7 generations out is key to retaining ecological functions of our land, water, and air. Knowing the impact of a particular agricultural harvesting method on its surrounding biome is key to proper use. -

Biophilic design is a philosophy for regenerating our cities is one of the best ways to reconnect people with the rest of the living world. Defining healthy human habitat as urban forests, native plant rain gardens, daylighting of historic streams, and other green infrastructure when woven into our modern landscape is far more potent antidote to what ails modern society than the use of synthetic pharmaceuticals to reduce tension or anxiety.
