Cindy Thompson 2/20/2019 9:34 PMHello and welcome to Trimazing Vegan Lifestyle Coaching! My name is Cindy Thompson and I am thrilled you are here checking things out—and you probably want to know a little bit more about me.I am a certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and WellStart Health; ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Peer Fitness Trainer; Main Street Vegan Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator; licensed paramedic; 5 Gyres Ambassador; and hold a Master’s degree in Leadership, with focused study on servant leadership and coaching. I live in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley, just East of Seattle, Washington, where I enjoy all the beauty and bounty this region has to offer! When I am not busy coaching or working with clients, you can find me gardening, cycling, open water swimming, hiking, volunteering in my community, or spending time with our large family.
I started health and wellness coaching during my 20-year firefighting career, leading the Wellness/Fitness program at my fire department as part of the Joint International Association of Firefighters and International Association of Fire Chiefs Wellness Fitness Initiative until I retired in 2014. Today, I have Trimazing! where I coach and teach others about the benefits of a vegan, whole food, plant-based, zero waste lifestyle.
To be Trimazing! is to be three times amazing. It is the trifecta of doing amazing things for your health, animals, and the planet. This is what drives me, sharing plant-based food, vegan lifestyle, zero waste, health, and fitness, so you and all creatures can have a life that is truly…Trimazing!I am honored to be your partner in health and want to share my experience, skills, and knowledge to help others achieve their best selves. I’m excited to share my story and experiences with others to help them succeed and be inspired myself by their success.
