    To take better care of my body, I try to eat less meat, which also helps the environment since a plant based diet is beneficial to the planet than meat based!

    When ever I go shopping for groceries or leisure, I bring a reusable bag so I don't waste anymore paperbag or plastic bags

    I try to make sure I optimize the food I have, especially when I eat out. I take everything home if I don't finish the food!

    I really want an electric car so hopefully when I am financially stable, I will be able to buy one
