Jill Coutsouros 4/07/2019 11:38 AMI accidentally typed that I would commit to 4 meatless meals a day but I meant to type 2! I know that going completely vegan for me would be extremely difficult but I know that cutting out some meat of my diet will not only have an impact on the environment but on my diet as a whole. I have found myself still trying to maintain eating healthier and getting protein so I have mainly been eating eggs and beans and already feel a change in the amount of energy I have.
