In your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?

    Craig Diaz's avatar
    Craig Diaz 4/05/2019 3:02 PM
The mindset of North Americans, the states moreso than others, is centered around the freedom to do as one pleases and a sense of privilege.  Because meat is a high value product (and for most is considered rather delicious), the consumption of meat provides for American pride.

What are other easy and low-cost ways to reduce your water usage at home?

Number one:  stop letting the water run while brushing your teeth.
Number two:  wash dishes in a plastic bin with soapy water instead of with constantly running water, then rinse as needed.
Number three:  not for everyone, but let use the toilet more than once before flushing.

Technically had only 1 meal today, but I figure that still fulfills the "3 meatless meals" goal.
