    Food Smaller Portions
Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

Fighting obesity would be a huge outcome from smaller plates and eating less. You can also count on better digestion and more energy after meals if you do not feel like you have overeaten.

I need a new habit when I eat out at restaurants that give robust portions - bring my to-go container!  That way I know I won't overeat just b/c it's on my plate b/c i can take it home1

In your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?

Convenience would be in my opinion the number one reason, second would be the old school thought process of the plate structure. One protein, one starch and one vegetable on every plate at every meal.
