Harrison Hughes 4/08/2019 6:26 PMIt's pretty easy to eat one vegan meal a day. For example, say you had toast and coffee for your breakfast, that is one vegan meal. And say you checked off two vegan meals by eating a salad for lunch. Even if you don't exceed every day, you still are making an impact. -
