REFLECTION QUESTIONMaterialsWhat single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
Giulia Leite 4/24/2019 8:23 AMI do not tend to use many single use items. I have completely transitioned from plastic straws to the metal one that you can wash. I no longer use vegetable bags, I just use my cloth bag to put all of my groceries in. I also have a reusable water bottle that I constantly use. I have attempted to remove as much plastic waste that I possibly can. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodIn your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?
Giulia Leite 4/06/2019 7:34 AMI believe that Americans eat more meat because eating meat started a long time ago and we have just continued on. It is also a very filling food and one of the best ways that you can get your protein intake.-
Rachel Gath 4/06/2019 8:06 AMIt's definitely interesting to look at how much beef the U.S. consumes compared to the rest of the world.
