  • Reflection Question
    Food Reduce Animal Products
In your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?

Meat is seen as commodity that is easy to buy and consume. It's often inexpensive and readily available. In different times and in different places, meat was/is seen as a luxury, or a being that you have to raise in order to harvest. This also ties into our current waste culture.
