Andrew Lingbloom 4/18/2019 5:44 PMTradition is the primary reason for so much meat consumption, but in addition many people are time-poor and meat is a calorie-dense food that can be quickly and easily consumed. Our farm subsidies also favor meat (indirectly; corn!) -
