My grandbaby and I had a wonderful walk yesterday. I think this is better than my therapy, enjoying the nice view out doors and having a bonding time. All without the electronic devices we normally have.

My daily walk is getting easier. I am not only increasing my energy but I notice that my mornings with Team are so much easier. I have had time to reflect with nature and my vibes are so much positive. The energy that I bring to the morning meetings have changes and they see a difference. As you change, so will the individuals around you as well.

What are other easy and low-cost ways to reduce your water usage at home?

Don't allow the water to run if not in use. We have a habit to run the water 5 minutes prior to getting in the shower. Moving forward we will no do that to save money and energy.
