REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodIn your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?
Sarah Munger 4/23/2019 5:59 AMI think that media plays a big role in it: growing up and having the image of a "square meal" as including meat. I also think that people associate protein with health and fitness more than they need to, and that we overconsume protein because, largely, people don't know how much they actually need.
