    Rachel's video and discussion on methane digesters in the UK was very interesting. It was cool to know Gresham and likely Portland both have outlets for their commercial compost in a local methane digester facility.

    The weather in Portland has been making a turn for the better lately, it's great to go outside for a walk, sometimes getting to see my wife who works elsewhere downtown.

    Micro turbines can be placed on large structures to take advantage of stronger, steadier breezes. The Eiffel Tower now sports vertical axis turbines that produce electricity for use on site. Where could micro turbines potentially be installed in your city?

      That is cool.  I would be interested to know the impacts on fuel economy.  It might be negligible.
