REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Where would you rather use this money?
Kim Popolizio 4/08/2019 8:21 PMThis is an alarming statistic. This extra money can go toward a food pantry. Every pantry would be filled! -

Kim Popolizio 4/09/2019 12:30 PMMy go to for a quick vegan healthy dinner.
Frozen cauliflower rice with frozen broccoli or fresh. You can customize it at way you like and throw it in a wok or fry pan. I throw in some gardein chicken strips in the oven and then mix it all together. I usually put some garlic chili sauce on the side😋 -
