regardless of these dates, plan ahead and buy only what you need until your next grocery run. Use locally grown fresh produce as much as possible.

    Food Smaller Portions
Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of eating smaller portions?

Food Keep Track of Wasted Food

it is so hard to keep track of food that goes to waste and even scraps! I have noticed a lot of my food ends up going to waste when I guesstimate rather than make a plan and stick to it when it comes to cooking meals for the week. I am motivated to be more rigorous about my weekly meal planning and only buying what I need from the grocery store.

"For the health and dignity of women and girls everywhere." I take a lot of my freedoms and choices for granted every day, especially when it comes to my reproductive health. I hope my small donation will give someone some or all of the freedoms that I have, because I believe every woman and girl should be free to decide what's best for their bodies.
