April 23 at 11:18 AMMy sister-in-law sent me a ham, which I served for Easter dinner, and there's a lot left over. It was already frozen, so I don't want to refreeze it. Finishing it off this week is throwing-off my Daily Challenge to eat a meat-free meal. At least I'm not wasting food by leaving it in the fridge and forgetting about it!
