    Are bamboo alternatives readily available in your community? If not, what are other sustainable alternatives?

    Bamboo alternatives are not readily available in the community where I live, however, more take-out locations are converting to compostable plastics and food containers which makes the choice to utilize sustainable resources easier. The two I can think of off hand are Taco Time and Seattle Art Museum!

    Land and fertilizer waste motivates me to change my behavior regarding food waste. It motivates me because this is something that affects us as human beings and future generations to come. It also affects the animal world, bees, for example.

    Replace bulbs with LED's. Install EV car charger. Get quote for tankless water heater.

    In your opinion, what contributes to people in North America eating more meat than any other countries? What does this say about North American values and ways of living?

    Tradition is the primary reason for so much meat consumption, but in addition many people are time-poor and meat is a calorie-dense food that can be quickly and easily consumed. Our farm subsidies also favor meat (indirectly; corn!)

    Looking at nature is psychologically restorative, and good for the local microclimate for cooling purposes.
