April 4 at 1:32 AMHard to do the smaller portions challenge today: pork with prunes and potatoes for dinner. Yum. Trying wider bowls instead of plates, more gravy with less meat so we don’t eat it all at once. Upside is more leftovers for tomorrow, woo hoo!
