Local knowledge is critical to local resilience. This particular article was very helpful for me to learn more on how there can be more collaborations between indigenous people and others. https://unu.edu/publications/articles/land-use-climate-change-adaptation-and-indigenous-peoples.html

    Food Support Local Food Systems
Dependable fresh food, supporting local farmers and building resilient communities are just a few benefits of local food systems. Which of these (or other) advantages inspire you the most?

Dependability of fresh food was the prime reason I started sourcing local foods. It grew into supporting local farmers due to the relationships we built over the days. Some of the local farms I support include @serendipityfarm @crow'snest @Claire's milk and eggs
