Finally made it to the grocery store and grabbed some dishes from the old apartment, so I will be eating 100% vegetarian from now on!

I had a fire in my apartment on Monday- resulted in minimal damage to my property and everyone was okay - but I am currently unable to cook. Once I get settled in the new place I will be able to eat a little more deliberately and start working on my other challenges!
