I not only have gone paperless in my personal life I have also implemented this in my work life as much as possible. It helps to minimize waste and keeps my desk clear which also helps reduce stress.

    Materials Recycle Everything I Can
How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?

I appreciate that the community that I live in provides a recycling station that is not far from where I live. It makes it convenient to recycle and keeps me motivated to think before I throw things in the trash.
I have also incorporated this into my work life as well. I have reduced my printing greatly and the paper that I do have to print, I try to reuse as scratch paper. Once it's full I recycle the paper.
It makes me feel good about recycling when we do not have an overflowing trash can to take out weekly for the waste company to have to pick up.

What have you noticed on your daily walks? What have you enjoyed? What infrastructure changes could make your walks more enjoyable or possible?

I enjoy getting outside of the office and taking a break from work. I feel that after a walk I feel more refreshed and ready for work again. It also helps me appreciate all the nature that is around our work site.
