    Studied alternatives to cement and how concrete is made in view of us building a new house. decided on a wooden terrace vs concrete, and we will pay attention to have the concrete elements as locally sourced as possible, while questionning the cement production method and promote clinker alternatives

    I will cook dinner based on kale from the vegetable garden, some of my left over plants from last year fell over because of the snow so it is a good time to use them. The others plants (about 8) will continue to grow into flowering and give yummy little leafs along the stem as I learnt from my permaculture neighbour guru Marie Madeleine
