Happy Earth Day! Sustainability Club did a trash dump at Woods Charter School today during high school lunch! We dumped the Recycling, COmpost, and Trash bins onto different tarps and sorted them in front of peers to demonstrate the items not being properly sorted. It was fun! Keep composting and encouraging others to too, as well as being mindful about purchases (vote with your dollar!).

What I found most impactful about this was the fact that the trash pile started as the largest but compost ended up being the largest after sorting. Definitely a good way to reach out to the Woods community! Go Green Team!!
