    Well, I hardly played, and did not take the time to learn something new.  I did contact State House Reps, and will continue to do so, and I shared this annual programs with more of my community.

    That potential is "best between 30º and 60º latitude in both hemispheres,"  I would have thought it extended quite a bit more than that considering how rough the North Sea is, and the places people surf in the southern hemisphere.  btw, the info linked to from Drawdown is outdated. But it did remind me of some decade old installations...

    Good morning everyone.  I am not sure what our barriers were to participation this year, but, I love this annual event.  I am supported, reminded, and challenged by it.

    Such a variety of solutions!  At the very least best practices that current practices  don’t follow.  Some traditions are exposed as flawed.  Drawdown is such a wonderful learning experience.  I wish people could spend more quality time learning these and putting them into practice.

    Reducing the emissions in my neighborhood where I walk.  Also, it saves money both for fuel and maintenance.

    Geothermal power. Because it is green energy 24/7 and doesn't kill wildlife or involve toxic waste.   And it is everywhere, if you drill deep enough. And they drill to such depths for oil.
