I learned that I could easily , and very comfortably, eat primarily vegetarian or vegan meals. A number of days I ate such meals only, and my body was very happy -- not hungry!

I am so grateful to you, Heather, for organizing and leading our team. I've really valued this opportunity and look forward to joining again if there's a challenge we want to take up as a team again this fall!

taking   a plane, increases the CO2 footprint for us all, while claiming that I am really not impacting others...consuming so much gas for my vehicle, while thinking I am not affecting others, really is making others lives more harmful..by reinforcing companies going and taking advantage of lax laws in other countries which end up costing them...

Recycling and waste management at the home and community  level, by SAGE hosting at Comox United, is May....7th...7 pm. it looks awesome.

Better since I became more committed, spurred on by the realization, so demonstrated in Gwynne Dyers book Climate Wars, that, in the end, it is up to the citizens to rise up and take action. "Carpe diem"

So far so good, now to just keep it up and add more challenges! 💕💕💕💕

Really happy about how much I've been able to move pleasurably into using more and more of my growing collection of vegetarian and vegan recipes!
