So excited Earth Week is here! Looking forward to cleaning up the road outside our office today.

We're having a panel of High School Environmental Club members today at Wight!  It's time to LISTEN to others and hear of their interests and concern in how we live on this planet.

So I checked by electricity provided, AEP Energy that I previously purchased green power from.  I noticed by price per kWh had really gone up.  When I called to double check that I was still purchasing green power, I found that my contract had expired and they had been charging me a month to month rate.  Bottom line, by re-enrolling in a green...

I will look to replace my non energy star appliances 

I enjoy walking to the train to and from work, it allows me to get outside even if its only for 10-15 minutes each way. 

I plan to be more aware of when I choose to print and I aim to limit the amount as much as possible. 

Helped my son and daughter-in-law landscape their new home. Planting bushes & flowers and mulching completed our project.

Instead of tossing fruit and veggie scraps, I've composted them and bring the bag of compost to the office for composting through Waste Mangement.
