April 25 at 2:54 PMI learned that we don't have to do much to make a difference, and that many people are going above and beyond. It was a fun experience and I will take what I've learned with me.

April 23 at 2:15 PMOn my daily walks, I have noticed that I feel more refreshed. Sometimes I go for a run instead and I enjoy getting exercise in for the day. Plus, it helps me sleep at night.

April 23 at 2:14 PMI believe that most Americans probably eat meat in every meal because it is most convenient. For me, I typically do not have meat for breakfast and I believe that many could try to do this at least twice a week!

April 23 at 5:55 AMReduce...the amount of plastic I utilize in one day. Reuse...water bottles, grocery bags, and other packages. Refuse...waist! Repair...local wildlife environments.

April 23 at 5:53 AMMy choice to walk rather than use an motorized vehicle allows me to engage more on campus. I bump into classmates, professors, and friends. I stop and get to chit-chat for some time.
